Australian Orders

Domestic Australian shipping is free for orders valued at AUD$100.00 and above.

Australian orders valued under AUD$100.00 are subject to a flat rate shipping fee of AUD$13.00.

Domestic Australian orders are dispatched via Australia Post Express satchels and are generally received within 1-3 days from the time of shipping.

Once your order is dispatched, we will notify you of your tracking number.

Orders are generally dispatched within 5 business days of receiving your order, except over busy periods (sales, holiday seasons etc), where increased demand may create a slight delay.

Orders are processed and shipped between Monday and Friday from our head office. Order processing and shipping does not occur on Weekends or Public Holidays.

New Zealand Orders

Shipping to New Zealand is free for orders valued at AUD$600.00 and above.

The standard flat rate shipping fee for New Zealand orders is AUD$30.00. Applicable shipping options are displayed at checkout.

New Zealand orders are dispatched via Australia Post Express satchels and are generally received within 5-10 days from the time of shipping.

Once your order is dispatched, we will notify you of your tracking number.

Orders are generally dispatched within 5 business days of receiving your order, except over busy periods (sales, holiday seasons etc), where increased demand may create a slight delay.

International Orders

For eligible international destinations other than New Zealand, shipping is free for orders valued at AUD$600.00 and above.

The standard international flat rate shipping fee is USD$35.00. Applicable shipping options and the final shipping amount are displayed at checkout.

International orders are dispatched via FedEx International Express Shipping and are generally received within 3-10 days from the time of shipping.

Once your order is dispatched, we will notify you of your tracking number.
